Rooms are typical size for the age of the house and the house is a total of 700sq ft. It includes an updated bathroom with a full shower and bath. Guest access You will have full and complete access to the house and the backyard. There is a shed near the back of the alley that we will keep locked. Other things to note If you need anything at all please do not hesitate to reach out! Our property is non smoking, there will be a minimum $200 fine for additional cleaning if odor or other evidence of any kind of smoking is present. Please be sure to pick up after your dogs! There is an additional cleaning fee of $10/doggie pile (poop) that needs to be picked up.
