Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Pool/Beach closings: Very rarely has this happened, however it is out of our control and no refunds are given for any unforeseen events or circumstances that might cause pool/lake or other community amenities to be closed (staff problems, etc) All bookings will be required to complete the following before getting access to the property: -Full name and Identification of the person booking, and full names and license plates of all individuals bringing a vehicle. -Acceptance of the Penn Estate Rules of Conduct -Completion of the Rental Agreement (link from JotForm sent in email) Any fines imposed for violation of community rules will be assessed to the renter.
