Welcome to The Hollow! Rent out 1, 2 or all 3 bedrooms in our charming Bed and Breakfast and enjoy the country quiet. This country house is only 10 minutes (7 miles) from Hamilton and 3 miles from Morrisville. We have 3 bedrooms to rent individually or as a complete package. The house entrance code is individual for each guest room, as is a key. Enjoy the living room, front room dining area, or the long country-style kitchen table. TV's in the living room and kitchen. Wi-Fi is available! The space Please be tidy and considerate of all guests! There is a separate front stairway to upper hallway and 3 front bedrooms and 1 shared full bathroom. There is a shared half bath/laundry room downstairs on the way to the kitchen, all of which you may utilize. There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway, and additional parking can be worked out with the Hosts if needed. The Host will be available in person or via cell for any questions or needs. Bathrooms and shared living areas/kitchen will be checked and cleaned daily. If you are bringing small children there is a toy area in the kitchen/dining area, and a crib/pack-and-play is available upon request. (Only one available, please reserve well in advance). This is a country house, so there is no central A/C but we have plenty of fans for the windows and quite often have a wonderful breeze. In the colder months, our wood-stove is there to enjoy in the kitchen/dining area, and the furnace will be on to heat the rest of the home. Guests are not permitted to operate the wood-stove, as the Hosts will take care of maintaining the fire for your comfort. No smoking or vaping inside the home, and no large/loud parties. Guest access All guests are welcome to use the whole downstairs which includes the half bath/laundry room, and the large backyard. If there is a locked door, there is no guest access. Other things to note Continental Breakfast will be available. Children must be supervised both inside and outside, as there is a working wood-stove in the kitchen and a small, shallow brook in the backyard.
