L'Oléron is a home adjoining other holiday homes. Located in a small rural village, you can find calm and enjoy the garden and its amenities. You will be in the company of 3 small dwarf goats staying at the bottom of the garden. You can get around by bike using the nearby bike paths to visit the 3 sister cities or go to the beach (15/20 min by bike). Close to all amenities (Leclerc shopping center 5 min away). The space The accommodation includes an open plan living room with an equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, freezer, Senseo coffee machine, ...) a dining area and a living room equipped with a connected TV. There is also a bathroom with an Italian shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a second bedroom with 2 single beds (80x200) to which it is possible to pair them in order to make it a queen bed. A washing machine is also available to you. Guest access You will have access to the entire shared garden which includes a seating area with garden furniture and sunbed. You will also have a barbecue at your disposal. A small shelter is available if you wish to drop off your bike there. The courtyard is full fenced and closed with a gate. Nevertheless you will have a small private terrace with table and chairs. Other things to note The washing machine is free for long stays ( 5 nights minimum) Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided. Towels are extra (€5 per person per stay)
