Our cozy cabin is nestled in the heart of the stunning Plumas County, known for its scenic beauty and abundant wildlife. You'll love the opportunities for deer, bear, and wild turkey hunting in the area. For those who prefer fishing, the nearby lakes and streams offer world-class trout and bass fishing. Our Airbnb is perfect for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the great outdoors. We just installed fiber internet, 983 Mbps, ultra-fast wifi! The space The property sits on a half-acre lot that backs up to the Plumas National Forest. We like to snuggle up near the backyard fire pit or the wood-burning stove inside on cold nights, the cool 70's shag carpet helps keep feet cozy too! There is a peaceful tranquility that comes with this wonderfully enchanting cabin. At about 3,000 ft above sea level, it does get some snow and we sleep like babies at night, thanks to each room having its own heating and AC unit as well as a downstairs unit. The master bedroom has a super comfortable king-size bed and ample space for an inflatable air mattress to sleep more! Enjoy the 65" smart TV with a full tilt mount and live stream capabilities. The master has a door that leads to the upstairs full bathroom. There is also a split closet arrangement, for his and her clothing and suitcases. The second bedroom has a king-size bed on the bottom and a single bed on top (bunk bed) as well as a large closet. The smart TV, 43” HD LG flat-screen smart TV can connect to the satellite wifi and live stream. The downstairs living room has a microfiber reclining couch and marching loveseat that can recline so far that you can almost lay down horizontally which can potentially accommodate up to four more guests. The coffee table can be moved to accommodate a queen-size air mattress as well. Enjoy snuggling on the couch while watching the wall-mounted 65" Hicense smart 4k HDTV with streaming capabilities. The kitchen has a new stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher along with a Keurig coffee maker (single K-cup and coffee pot combo). Guest access You’ll have access to all areas of the house inside and out except for the garage. Local leash laws are in effect so please keep dogs leashed while on the property as our neighbors have cats and we want to live peacefully and harmoniously with our neighbors. During summer, please do not burn anything on the entire property due to fire danger. Other things to note Please note that our cabin has newly installed fiber optic wifi, which is lightning fast, 983 Mbps download speed! You can live stream on all three of our TVs, however, if multiple cell phones, ipads, and TVs are all streaming, connectivity, and bandwidth could limit wifi performance. When using the dryer, select "More Dry" for best results. There are plenty of fun and exciting activities to do nearby.
