Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You can enjoy the privacy of 3 acres on the beautiful Nueces River just minutes from Camp Wood. Rest and recreate, your choice, when you choose the Labyrinth spell that pulls you in for a true vacation. The water for the house is drawn from the river, 2 gallons and a case of water will be provided for your consumption, but you should bring more based on your group. The trail to the river is uneven and has some hills. There can be wild animals. The space The house has an open concept with the kitchen, dining room, and living room all part of one big space. The rooms are basically spacious and cooled by window units that are put in the wall. There are two smart TVs, one in the living room, and one in the Morocco Room. I have no hidden fees, state hotel occupancy taxes and the Airbnb fees are assessed, some of which come out of the cottage charge. Other than that, cleaning costs and all other costs are assumed by the owner. No hidden fees or excessive departure instructions. Guest access Guest can enjoy the whole property but should be careful to not trespass onto the neighbors land. Only go through the river or spring gate, do not crawl over a fence or through a gate that is marked as a gate into the neighbors. When in enjoyment of the whole property, keep in mind that there can always be wild animals, stickers/thorns, and uneven ground. The property is shared with a RV spot, normally occupied by the owners 5th wheel, however the spot is listed on Hipcamp and there could be guest. They have their own river overlook and firepit location. Other things to note The Labyrinth property has a history of allowing for great relaxation and meditation and just getting lost from the world. I hope that you find time to do just that. It is also a property that has been known for having several different types of Dragonflies and Damselflies. Keep a look out for these super cool flying insects. There is a large berm to help with flooding issues right inside the gate. Drive slow and be aware. The house water is provided by the river and is not tested or treated. You will be provided two gallons of water and a 24 bottles of drinking water. However, you will need to bring more water depending on your group. Also, the path to the river is uneven and can be challenging. Please be aware and plan for your group accordingly. No glass is allowed on the river. Please remove each day everything that you take to the river to prevent blowing and littering the beautiful and pristine Nueces River. You can enjoy up and down the river, but be careful to not trespass. Staying in or very near the water is best. There is a RV spot on the property used by the owner mostly and sometimes guest. It is listed on Hipcamp. Let me know if you are interested in it. Please do not alter the landscape of the property and river frontage and if you find artifacts on the property, it is not to be removed. Take a picture and leave for others to enjoy.
