1 bed & en-suite bath in a shared house close to Mableton’s Miracle mile, Floyd road where you have access to grocery stores, banking, dining & convenience store options. Access to parks including the Silver Comet trail for biking & walking, all within one mile. We are close to Vinings, Smyrna & Atlanta. 20 mins to Truist Park, Cumberland Mall and Just under 30 minutes to Hartsfield-Jackson Airport & Downtown Atlanta/State Farm Arena. The space *****************PLEASE READ*************** This is a private 1 bedroom and bathroom in a shared house so you have your own bathroom in the bedroom. I live downstairs and all guest rooms are upstairs so when you open the front door walk right up the stairs and yours is the second room, it will be on the right. If you need to cook please feel free to use the shared kitchen but you must clean up after yourselves. please do not leave food in the pots and don’t leave dirty dishes in the sink (hand wash them please). Cooking is limited to meals for you and 1 person in the reservation. Social event cooking or catering for others is not allowed. No guests allowed. No weapons allowed in this home please. This is a shared home so please keep noise to the minimal. No fighting, loud arguments or loud anything please. Respect that others live here too. Guest access You can chill in the outdoor sitting area/ cook your own meals in the kitchen, use the refrigerator/ freezer . During your stay I am available 24/7 if you have any concerns Other things to note ❌ NO PETS ❌ NO SMOKING ❌NO BABIES (For safety and convenience reasons) The room caters to 2 people (Adults only) at any given time. NO GUESTS!!! Both parties staying must be included in the reservation. ▪️Please do not leave food lying around in the room to avoid ants. There is a big bin in the garage but only tied up thrash should be dumped in it. Feel free to ask for bin bags. Thrash pick up is on Wednesday morning so please bring all thrash down on Tuesday night. ▪️Laundry is limited to once a week. Bringing loads of dirty clothes from outside to wash here is unacceptable please. ▪️You can make breakfast and cook your own meals but you can’t cook a feast or make food for social outdoor events here nor can you make food for others outside the regular meals you cook to eat at home. ▪️Only 1 CAR allowed per reservation ◾️NO WEAPONS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY For any request outside what is listed, please communicate with me before booking.
