It's a great getaway for families, couples, or a group of friends. This three-bedroom two full bath home offers 3 large bedrooms all with pillow-top memory foam mattresses. The master bedroom with Roku Smart TV provides a king-size bed along with a full ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a Roku Smart TV, which offers two full-size beds and two twin beds. The third bedroom with Roku Smart TV provides a queen size bed. The large remodeled fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig Duo coffee maker, pots and pans, and all new appliances. The kitchen flows nicely into the living room allowing cooking from home to be a breeze. The living room offers a cozy sectional couch with a huge ottoman to put your feet up and relax. Or you may want to put your feet up while sitting in the rocker recliner. All of the Smart Roku TVs are set up with streaming channels. The Xfinity high-speed internet allows you to work from this beautiful home. You will notice tons of natural light flowing through all the new windows with beautiful views surrounding you. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, (with the exception of the hallway closets) front and backyards, the driveway will accommodate up to 6 vehicles. Parking on the lawn is prohibited by the Jekyll Island Authority. No access to the locked shed in the backyard. Our home is equipped with a smart lock at the carport entry door and for the laundry room. Prior to your arrival, you will be given your own unique code for the duration of your stay. No physical key will be provided. Your unique code will activate at 4:00 pm on your check-in day and will deactivate at 10:00 am on the check-out date. Other things to note Begin at our driveway to access the bike trail only a block away.
