The large living features a gas fireplace and has a view that can't be beaten! Main floor has an open kitchen with several seating areas and a master bed/bath. Another bed/bath in the walkout basement. Plenty of room to park boats and all the amenities one could need. Minimum 29 days required. The space This is one of a kind, remodeled, and well taken care of home that should have everything you need to have a nice relaxing stay. The rec area in basement has a day bed with two adult twin beds. There are also 2 smart tvs with access to Netflix, amazon, you tube tv, and more. Coffee pot, all pots and pans, culligan drinking water system, and anything you need in the kitchen. There is an air mattress that can be used in the laundry room if necessary. Cabin in the back yard is also available for an extra nightly fee ($25). We pride ourselves on keeping this home in top top shape so you can have an amazing stay! Guest access Entire property except lower garage. Other things to note Milford tropics bar is about 4 blocks away. Boat ramp and flag stop are approx 5 blocks away. The property line is marked with a yellow sign in the back, after that it is common area to the water. Do not do anything to disrupt grass, trees, or drive on the common area.
