We do spray the property with a company but after rain storms you will see them outside please ensure you keep doors closed so they get inside. Pine trees drop needles year round and trees surround the yard. Pool cleaners clean twice a week in summer. However leaves can fall in pool the same day of cleaning. We have a pool net for guests in the event this happens. After heavy use there is some wear on items like the patio door. We get furniture shampooed every few months as well. We attempt to keep everything pristine but please understand we need your help as guests to keep the property in top shape. Treat the property with respect. ------ Wildlife/Pest/Insect Control: Owner has the property professionally cleaned and treated to give Guests the best experience but we can not guarantee you won't run into any critters. No refunds of any kind will be given for issues with wildlife/pest/insects. However, it is encouraged to let the Hosts know so attempts can be made for the future. Guest access You have the entire home Other things to note We provide essentials for a comfortable stay: one dish towel, linens for each bed, two towels per bed (one for singles), two washcloths per bed (one for singles), one roll of paper towels, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Travel soaps and shampoos are also included. If you need additional items, please let us know in advance and we'll accommodate if possible. For added convenience, Instacart delivers groceries directly to our location. The neighborhood is full of mature trees and while beautiful and serene especially in backyard the draw back is that leaves do fall in pool. We have a service that cleans twice a week. In addition our Property Manager will check during pre arrival walk through and will get leaves out. However, if you arrive and there are leaves in pool we have left a pool scoop that you can use to remove. The pool is a saltwater with a sand filter and that sand can get into the water. No worries it's not a dirty pool. If your booking your most likely headed to the beach we promise we don't have that much sand in our pool. It is mentioned in the listing but we will mention it again, here at the coast we have an outside dwelling bug called a palmetto bug or waterbug. We ask that you keep doors shut when going in and out to limit their ability to come inside. If they do get inside they will die as we have a pest control service that treats the property regularly.
