This villa is a perfect mountain get away for families and groups seeking outdoor recreational activities. The spacious open concept home provides the perfect space to relax and socialize, while enjoying a beautiful rustic/modern kitchen, dining and living area. The outdoor deck is perfect for grilling and enjoying cool evenings around to fire table. There is ample parking and one garage spot accommodating multiple families. We are 8 miles from Tamarack and several miles from Cascade Lake. The space Boulder Creek Villa is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom upstairs unit with an open concept living space for enjoying time with friends and family. There is a large deck off of the dining room for easy access for grilling and relaxing by the fire table. The 3 bedrooms are all on the same floor as the rest of the space. The spacious Master bedroom has a room attached with a crib and closets. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and built in drawers for storage. The 3rd bedroom has a double and a single bed. There is a dog run that is accessable from the east side of the house and a backyard fire pit for enjoying the outdoors on a cool evening. There is a downstairs daylight apartment where we as the hosts sometimes stay to manage the property. The washer and dryer in the garage is for your use. Guest access The left side of the garage is for your use and there is ample parking for other cars, boats, ATVs and snow mobiles. There is access to the house from the garage and the front door. We will be sending the codes before your arrival. Please use the dog run to potty your pups and not the backyard where the fire pit is.
