The top level is open concept, encompassing the kitchen, living, and dining areas. Vaulted ceilings and multiple windows create an open, airy space that enjoys beautiful natural light. Sliding glass doors lead to an L-shaped top deck, which includes a screened-in porch as a perfect nook to escape into a good book. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious home-cooked meals and offers enough counter space to accommodate seating for six. A small wet bar provides a space to pour a drink for happy hour. Bedroom 1 sleeps two and features a king bed and full attached bathroom. The middle level features three bedrooms. Bedroom 2 sleeps two with a king bed. It has an en suite bathroom with a stall shower and generous soaking tub. Sliding glass doors provide access to the lower-level L-shaped deck, where a hammock awaits for an afternoon nap. Bedroom 3 sleeps two with a king bed and has a full attached bathroom. It also has a full-size crib (that can easily be wheeled to other bedrooms if needed) and a pack-n-play. Bedroom 4 sleeps three with one queen and one twin bed. The ground level offers a fifth bedroom that is perfect for kids or teens. It features two queens and two trundles underneath. There is also a half bath, laundry room (with second refrigerator), and the main entry (leading to a double carport and a fully enclosed lighted outdoor shower). OUTDOOR LIVING Situated on a private half-acre lot, the home boasts ample outdoor living space. The rear of the property features a large fenced pool patio shielded by a wooded area on three sides. Out here, guests can take a dip in the 12x24’ in-ground pool, sunbathe in the surrounding lounge furniture, or relax and unwind with a late evening soak in the pergola-covered 6-person jetted hot tub. There is also a gas grill for evening cookouts. A spacious front lawn is the perfect spot for supplied yard games such as cornhole and horseshoes. A long driveway provides ample parking for six vehicles and a place to shoot hoops. Guests prefer this neighborhood for its unique combination of large property lots, quiet streets, and a laid-back atmosphere. With beach accesses on every block, beachgoers find it easy to make their way to a relaxing day on the shores. This is also a golf cart-friendly community. ABOUT COROLLA This ultimate beach town is located on the northernmost tip of the Outer Banks. Whether you seek action and adventure or a quiet place to unplug and recharge, Corolla has something for everyone. Visitors will enjoy gorgeous dog-friendly beaches, great restaurants, unique shops, tons of activities, and a variety of historical attractions. The northernmost part of Corolla, known as Carova, is one of the few places in the country where you can drive your 4WD vehicle onto the beach. RENTAL POLICIES: THE FINE PRINT Guests are required to provide a photo ID and sign our vacation rental agreement (in accordance with state law), which will be emailed to you once you book. A preview document is available in this listing, and all prospective guests are encouraged to review it prior to booking to ensure they understand and can comply with the terms. The maximum occupancy permitted is 15 persons, and as indicated in the rental agreement we do not permit groups of high school, college, or other groups of unrelated individuals under age 25. Bedding arrangements in the property illustrate possible sleeping arrangements and may not be taken as a representation of permitted occupancy. Guests are also encouraged to purchase travel insurance in the event they need to cancel within the nonrefundable window. Host will not issue refunds or credits outside the terms of the cancellation policy in the rental agreement. Rates are subject to change and are not guaranteed until payment is processed.
