Additionally, off-street parking is available on Laurel Street with an entrance from the street itself. The Laurel Loft is situated in South Park, just north of Kalmia Street and west of 30th Street. The neighborhood is a blend of old original bungalows and newer million-dollar homes. It is a very quiet neighborhood, especially compared to the bustling downtown area, yet still within walking distance to all the fun! Please note that parties are strictly prohibited in or around the property. Loud groups, music or noise are not allowed after 9:00 PM, as we live on the premises and respect our neighbors. The bedroom features a queen bed and a walk-in closet with a washer and dryer. The living room has a comfortable couch with a pull-out bed or larger couch, with extra pillows and blankets provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking necessities, and the bathroom includes towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. High-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV are available, as well as a washer and dryer in the unit. Check-in time is at 3:00 PM. You have one private parking spot down 30th Street alley behind the wooden sliding gate, and street parking is also available.
