This cozy space is the lower unit of a duplex. It is the perfect spot for your Pullman trip with its location near downtown and overlooking campus. It features an incredible view of campus with a special tribute to the Palouse, Pullman and WSU's history. With recent home updates and all new furniture and mattress, it will without a doubt be a great place to relax and enjoy! The space This unit is a 1 bedroom with a king bed, and a sleeper queen sofa in the living. There is an open concept kitchen and living room that gives a group of 4 space to spread out. The unit has its own washer and dryer and a front yard for gathering outdoors. The property is a 5 minute walk to the WSU visitor center which lies on the edge of campus and downtown. Martin Stadium is a 20 minute walk. There is private parking as well. Keep in mind: this is the lower unit of a duplex. The upstairs is also an airbnb and noise can be heard from this unit. However, we do ask guests upstairs to respect quiet hour times and to be mindful of downstairs guests. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire lower unit as well as the front yard. Other things to note There is a driveway for parking on the side of the home.
