The floor plan provides an open living/dining space, a fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is set up just for guests so it can truly feel like your home during your stay and there is plenty of space to set up your laptop or stretch out on the couch. Guest access The place is suitable for people who are arriving in Canada and are looking to quarantine. Basic quarantine services like food/water deliver at your door are available upon request. Other things to note We take the health and safety of guests seriously. Between each stay, the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized following guidance from the CDC. Cleaners wear protective garments (e.g., mask, gloves) and wipe surfaces, cabinet handles, doorknobs, etc with cleaning solutions that follow CDC guidance. All linens, dishware, glassware, and silverware are also washed between stays. The home includes heating – but the type of heating method can vary based on the season. We provide a fan in selected rooms only (e.g., not in every room of the listing). Also please note: building heating can not be regulated by a thermostat. For stays longer than 28 days, we may require you to sign a rental agreement before check-in to remain in full compliance with local ordinances and rules.
