Located in a tangerine garden, our beautifully renovated, unique 200sqm house has all the modern convenience you need to experience the comforts of home in a natural and peaceful environment.  It is located in the Ortakent neighborhood, which is one of the most central areas of Bodrum at a 750m distance to the sea. Our house is prepared to meet all your needs for weekly, monthly or long-term rentals. The space Our house extends over two levels and comes with a private tangerine garden. The ground floor includes a fully-equipped kitchen (built-in oven/cooker, fridge, sink, toaster, coffee machine, dish washer etc.), living room (equipped with a fireplace and flat screen TV) and a bathroom (#1) with a shower. An internal staircase leads the guest to the second level which includes one master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single-beds, a large living area (with two fold-out couches that turn into full-size double beds) and a bathroom(#2) with a shower. The space is air-conditioned on both levels and there’s also radiators in all rooms in addition to the fireplace for heating. Large flat screen TVs are provided in both living rooms. Free Wi-Fi is available. There’s also a laundry room in the first floor (in the kitchen). The kitchen on the first floor opens up to the terrace/patio with a large dining table and seating group. There’s also a separate private seating area in the tangerine garden under the trees. Guest access Our guests have access to all areas of our house and garden. Summer and winter offer you a peaceful environment. Other things to note Our dog lives in the garden (does not go in the house and the terrace has doors) The care taker of the house lives in a neighbouring apartment and takes care of both the dog and house through-out your stay. Our dog is also very friendly but we still need guests who are happy to live with a dog (you can see him in the pictures Registration number 48-0384
