The Desert Rose is a comfortable 3 bed 2 bath home in a nice neighborhood walkable to restaurants, the hospital, & shopping. Newly updated Adobe style home features two living rooms, lots of parking, and large fenced yard. 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, Kitchen with dine-in areas and laundry. We provide bedding and toiletries. The Home is warm and inviting, with everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing stay in Carlsbad NM. The space The rose garden out front welcomes you to our traditional New Mexico style, charming home on a quiet street in Carlsbad NM. There is plenty of parking on our two driveways. Entry is by keycode- very easy check in. The front door opens to the main living room with the tv. There is a second living room space off to the right, with board games and books for guest use and a bathroom. To the left is the newly updated kitchen (basic spices and plenty of cooking supplies provided) with a dining area that seats 6, plus a laundry area. Down the hall there are three well sized bedrooms (queen, queen, and 2 twins- one room with desk area and other has a dresser). Whole home is heated and cooled very nicely by the mini split ac units in each room. In the back of the home you have a large, fully fenced yard, with a grassy area and a small seating area. There is a local host, great fast high speed wifi, and our location is perfect for a nice trip to Carlsbad. We are located near shopping and restaurants, but still near the Caverns in a residential neighborhood on the north side of town. Guest access Guests can access the whole home except our locked housekeeping cabinet, and the garage which is not for guest use. Other things to note We do have a yard guy who may occasionally will go to work on the yard.
