CASA CINZIA is a charming new apartment with vaulted ceilings in a restored building with a view of Minori town. The owners have elegantly decorated the apartment in white, beige, gold, and blue, reproducing the retro style. You are only seven steps from the bustling main road and one minute from the city centre. Here, you will find restaurants, shops, banks, a boat port, a taxi service, and the SITA bus stop just in front of the gate. CASA CINZIA consists of: The bedroom has a king-size bed, one queen-size sofa pullout, one flat-screen Smart TV, one desk and chair, a large window, two built-in wall closets, a dresser with drawers, an air conditioning/heating unit and high-speed wi-fi. There is also a cute mezzanine with comfortable sofas. Kitchen room: The eat-in kitchen has a four-burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and a four-person dining table. Bathroom full bathroom in aquamarine style with shower (no tub), sink, toilet and bidet. The home includes the following services: a Wi-Fi connection satellite with on-demand vision. Please note that the Wi-Fi speed on the Amalfi Coast is limited. While browsing websites ( shopping online, online banking, social networks ) and checking e-mails can be adequate, they are unsuitable for downloading movies, games, songs, or streaming videos. Guest access Full access to the whole property Other things to note Please note that this property is based on a self-catering contract; you get only the property and the listed amenities; anything else is not mandatory. We try to be friendly and accommodate any request, but once in the property is entirely up to the client to buy what is necessary for the holiday and to organise your day-to-day needs. If anything breaks, we cannot guarantee to find maintenance on the same day; we will try our best to provide a fix, but again, if we do not find a maintenance service, this cannot be used for a bad review or a refund request. The rental price includes free WIFI, electricity, linens, and towels. FINAL CLEANING FEES upon arrival, you must pay Euro 160 for the final cleaning fees in cash or credit card. This includes toilet paper, linen, extra pillows, soap, hairdryer, iron. TOURIST TAX Upon arrival, you must pay the tourist tax of 3 Euros per person per night in cash. PROOF OF ID Italy has security standards that require every Host to record their guests' information: Italian law (named "DM Interno 07/01/2013")and communicate it to the Police Headquarters through the accommodations portal when they check in, without exception. For this reason, upon checking in, you must show a valid ID such as a driver's license or passport; the local representative will take a photo of the front and the back of all identity documents. LUGGAGE DROP Although we always strive to accommodate our client's requests, you booked a self-catering accommodation. Unfortunately, we do not have allocated staff or dedicated space for luggage drop before you check-in in the property. We cannot drop anything at the property before the check-in because the cleaning team is busy cleaning and sanitising the property for your arrival. SECURITY DEPOSIT We require a security deposit on check-in; this can be paid in cash if you are not happy to give a credit card for pre-authorisation. The amount is € 300. A security deposit is a set amount of money that guests pay to cover any damage to the property and other incurred costs (e.g. additional cleaning) during their stay. If there is damage, then a partial or no refund is given, dependent on the extent of the damage. The deposit is refunded to the guest if there isn't any damage. The security deposit will be returned, providing that no damage has been found in the property, either upon checking out if paid in cash or after 7 working days if a credit card has been used for the pre-authorisation. LATE ARRIVAL FEE If you arrive after 8:30 PM, you will be charged € 50 for the "Late Arrival Fee," which will be paid in cash upon check-in. The local agent responsible for your check-in will not be waiting longer than 23:00. After 23:00, I am afraid nobody will be staying at the property; you will need to organise your accommodation for the night and check in the following day. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS FOR EXTRAS Please note that for all the required payments for any extra service or extra fee you wish to pay with a credit card, an international fee exchange of 10% will be added, and payment will be taken with the equivalent amount in USD on the day of the payment. CAR PARK Finding a free car park in Minori is very complicated. Parking on the street is minimal, and if you park in the wrong spot, you can be fined up to 100€, and your car might be taken to a local depot from where you need to pay the expenses to get the car back. For our customers, there is a covered and guarded parking space that is only a 10-minute walk from Casa Cinzia. The car must be left with the keys. Upon check-in, the local rep will accompany customers to the garage. The car can be picked up and returned anytime from 07:30 to 19:30. The garage costs €25 for a sedan and €35 for an SUV per car daily. The amount must be paid upon check-in. We need at least a week’s notice to book the service provided space is available.
