Our beautiful Las Conchas Beach Home, 3 Blocks to the beach. The 1st floor is available to rent with 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette and a laundry room. There is 1 King Bed master suite and a 2nd bedroom with another king bed with a 2nd full bath in the hallway. The bedrooms and living room all have TVs and mini splits cool/heat. kitchenette has a mini fridge, kuerig, microwave, toaster, 3 TV trays, basic dishes, and wine glasses. Use our port-a crib,beach toys, a wagon, 2 chairs, and an ice chest.
