Guests have access to the full backyard This is a quiet neighborhood and about a 5 and half minute walk to the beach. There is a train that runs parallel to the beach coast in Gulfport and some guests may hear a faint sound from the train whistle. We have only ever had one guest even mention it. *Stove/Oven is electric and the AC/Heater and appliances are electric, no gas. Thus no carbon monoxide detector. Other things to note This home is a couple of blocks from the beach, therefore it is likely for guests to drag sand into the unit from outside. Please keep this in mind and we recommend an extra pair of sandals for inside the home, as this makes some guests more comfortable. We mop and clean the floor before your arrival, but we cannot guarantee that the floors will remain that way during your entire stay. This home is part of a duplex. Unit A is also a vacation rental, and Unit B (the back unit with the backyard space) is the White Sand Getaway vacation apartment experience. *Please contact me if you are interested in booking both units. **All homes near the beach in this area (including this one) are relatively close to the train tracks.
