This incredibly well positioned beach house is just a stones throw from the stunning Mt Martha south beach. You will find it hard not to relax in this original beach shack that has been recently refurbished. Surrounded by beautiful trees and large lawns, you have plenty of space to soak up the atmosphere of life in Mount Martha. The village shops are also only 5 minutes walk away. Check in time is 2pm until 11 pm and check out time is 10am The space There is an upstairs retreat overlooking the trees with a double bed , TV, couch and split system heating and cooling. Downstairs there are two bedrooms; one with queen bed and the other with double bed. Both bedrooms have heating and ceiling fans. There is a small bunk room for the kids. Living room with large couch, TV, DVD player, books and games to entertain you. Kitchen with breakfast table. Seperate dining room. Central bathroom downstairs with shower, toilet and full size bath. Laundry off kitchen with second toilet. Extensive front and back gardens providing lots of private outdoor space. Covered outdoor dining and lounge chairs to relax in the garden.
