The villa has 3 bathrooms, which all have rain shower, toilet and washbasin. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests for the perfect holiday. Bedding & towels: We want to ensure that your stay in our villa is as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Therefore, we provide bedding, bathroom towels, and kitchen towels to all of our guests. For those who want some extra entertainment. We also are able to offer you the cinema room. Guest access Your privacy and security are of the utmost importance to us. When you rent our villa, you will have exclusive access to the entire property, including the pool, garden, and driveway. Note: with a reservation for 1-6 persons you have access to three bedrooms. If you would like the fourth please let us know to inquire you with the costs. Other things to note Electricity & water: We offer free electricity consumption of 30 kWh per night. this should more than enough to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We would like to ask you to use water and electricity economically and not to let the air conditioners run for whole days. Especially when the rooms are not in use. Additional consumption is charged at USD 0.50/kWh (subject to change based on electricity rates). We'll take the meter reading during check-in and check-out to calculate any additional charges. Deposit: Please note that a deposit of $500 is required before arrival. We will return your deposit within 48 hours of check-out, provided that the villa is left in the same condition as it was upon your arrival. Extra cleaning: We can arrange extra cleaning during your stay for an additional fee of 100 dollars. This would be mandatory for stays longer than 14 days.
