Lake ConRoy's Unit A offers the entire 2nd floor of this home w/ 2 BR & 2 baths. Smart TVs in living room and both bedrooms. A king bed in master plus a sitting area w/in the bedroom that has a sofa bed w/ curtains that can be drawn to offer some privacy. The 2nd bedroom has bunk beds with a full-size lower and twin top bunk. We've added a swimming pool in the backyard, but PLEASE NOTE the pool area is fenced in and accessible to this property AND two other rental units next door. The space The living room couch will sleep an additional guest, however, if you prefer a queen air mattress, please request one prior to check-in. This Unit A has a nice deck that wraps around from the front door to the back door with ample lounge space in the back corner area. We're so close to Lake Conroe, there is a boat ramp in the neighborhood and a boat pass is available upon request! We have a circular drive for your boat or trailer and room to unhitch, if you like. The yard is completely fenced in, when all gates are closed, so it's good for your pups, but please be prepared with a leash for your dog(s) because if we have guests staying in our Unit B on the lower level, they may have a dog too. If you are planning a social gathering during your stay with us, but only the maximum number of guests will be staying the night, we do still require notification and approval prior to check-in and a DAY PASS Fee per person may apply based on the number of people expected to enjoy this accommodation with you for your gathering. DAY PASS Fee per person is: $10 children 14 and under / $15 adults. Again, we do allow social gatherings, but WE DO REQUIRE NOTIFICATION prior to check-in and the HOST's FINAL APPROVAL for anyone on premises other than guests disclosed and paid for via your reservation. Your Hosts, Roy and his wife, Kelly, do live nearby and closely monitor this property, so please be honest with your intentions for enjoying this lovely property and fully disclose any expected additional guests or you may run the risk of being asked to vacate the premises. Guest access While staying with us, you also have access to the Host’s main property in the neighborhood two blocks away that sits on 5 acres totally fenced in and gated with a private, well-water cooled swimming pond, sand volleyball, corn hole, horseshoes, outdoor grills, etc. There are also two (2) 100 lb tortoises that can be seen roaming the property or grazing in their corral next to the swimming pond.
