There is NO connection between the townhomes and no common area between the two. While there may be another guest in the other townhouse next to you, there is complete privacy. When you walk into the home, you enter on the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom, as well as garage access where you will find outdoor enjoyment amenities including beach supplies and a grill. Once you climb the stairs, you will find a full kitchen, dining table with seating for 8, half bathroom, living room with a comfortable sectional sofa, and large smart TV where you can stream any of your personal subscriptions. Climb another set of stairs to the third floor where you will find a queen bedroom and a master bedroom with a king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
