Wifi and Roku TV included. We’re the front unit of a 2-unit property separated by garages. Easy parking on shared driveway or street. For every booking we professionally disinfect entire unit and steam clean all linens. Walkable to groceries, cafes, easy Doordash. Near Hwy 85/17, Los Gatos The space **Newly Renovated, Convenient & Quiet** This is a quiet residential area and our 1000 sq ft 2BR/1BA unit has only one attached unit next to it. Its a single floor unit and there's no stairs inside the house. We are in the front while the neighbor is in the back. The two units are separated by two single car garages so there is no shared walls to bedrooms or common areas. Therefore, you cannot hear the other unit (though sometimes you do hear their laundry machines if you are in the garage). This unit was recently renovated and majority of the furniture are new. The neighborhood is quiet and its very easy to park along the street or on the driveway. Note that the driveway is shared with the other attached unit. ****FRESH LINENS BETWEEN EVERY RESERVATION: We use duvet covers only and not comforters so that we can change to fresh duvet covers between *every* reservation on top of changing all sheets, pillow covers, and bed covers. I personally like the smell of fresh linens and clean sheets, so I want to make sure my guests have that as well. ****PARKING: This is a residential neighborhood. You can park in the designated area of driveway or along the street. Note that the driveway is shared with the other unit attached to this unit. You park on one side of the driveway and the neighbor parks on the other side. Please park no more than one car on the driveway. If you have a large/wide car, please park in front of the house on the street so the neighbor can also back up their car. There’s plenty of parking on the street and in front of the house. ****AIR CONDITIONING & HEAT: Brand new nest controlled AC and Heat available. ****CONVENIENT LOCATION: Walkable to shops and restaurants including groceries (Lucky), pharmacy (CVS), Peet’s, Chipotle, banks, and other restaurants. Quick drive to Hwy 17 and 85. ****QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD: This is a quiet residential area but close (one plaza is walkable about ~10min) to everything you need such as groceries (Lucky and Wholefoods) , pharmacies (CVS), restaurants, and many shops. **Please note on the following: - Landscapers and gardeners come every other Tuesday morning. So you may see them around if you happen to be staying during the time they come. - Some small furniture pieces, decorations, bed sets may differ from the photos due to damages, replacements, or improvements in order to make your stay more comfortable. Guest access You will have the entire unit to yourselves. But there are two units on this lot. So the driveway is shared. You must park in the designated area on the driveway and only one car on driveway will be allowed. If you have a wide car that could potentially block the neighbor’s side of the driveway, pls park in front of the house on the street. There is plenty of street parking available. Backyard is connected but separated. The two units are separated by two single car garages. Other things to note **Please also be informed about below** - In light of COVID-19, we’ve taken precautionary measures to the best of our abilities. We are using cleaning supplies/disinfectants that’s suggested by EPA. Our cleaners have been instructed to use those products and pay extra attention. We have also instructed our cleaners to pay extra attention to door handles, keypads, door knobs .... etc and make sure they wipe them down during every turnover. - Note that we already change to fresh linens (including duvet covers) between every guest. We also always provide hand soaps inside all the units we host for your hand washing convenience. - All of our toilets have Clorox automatic disinfecting toilet bowl cleaners. - Last but not the least, we've placed a wifi-enabled air purifier in all of our properties which will be turned on in between every guest and kept on until your check-in. We will turn off some point after you've checked-in but feel free to use during your stay.
