The thing I love most about our home is the amazing sun rises and sun sets. It feels like you're a million miles from civilization, when you’re just secluded on a semi-private lake. Our lake is seasonal for 6 months, mid April-mid October. You’ll always have water view with amazing sunrises & sunsets, but our water is low from Oct to April, so water activities are not always available. We are pet friendly for smaller, house broken, cage trained pets, but Please ask about our pet fee. The space Private entrance in the basement of my home. Private driveway, so you have all the privacy you need to come and go or simply just relax. The apartment offers all the amenities of a large lake home. Guest access You'll have full access to the back yard, bed swing, fire pit, lounge/sun chairs, yard games, paddle board, kayak, hot tub, pool, and boat dock. Dock can be used to fish, swim, layout, paddle board, or kayak. Bring your own boat if you'd like as there's an extra slip available for a small fee. Free trailer parking. Other things to note Boat docking is available for an additional fee of $30/day. Trailer parking is free if you'd like to leave your boat on your trailer.
