One bedroom with double bed, fold down sofa and air mattress. 2 minute walk to Harvey Lake. Other things to note Check in after 5:00. Check out by 3:00. Sorry no early check ins. *No smoking. No candles. No fireworks. *No parties/events or gatherings. *Cottage is in neighborhood. * If having local friends/family over for the day no more than 4 people. No more than 4 people total sleep in house. * 1-2 well behaved dogs ($25 per dog per night) We ask that you clean up after your dog. Thank you! Hose down with water when done. *Wear life jackets provided. *NH lakes at times can test for high levels of bacteria, this doesn’t happen often but at times it does. Unfortunately, it is a circumstance that is out of our control, same as rainy days at the lake. No refunds will be given but if this happens, we know you will still enjoy our amazing cottage and boating.
