MAIN LEVEL 
When you enter the home on the main level you’ll step into the large living room with 25-foot wood-beamed ceilings, walls of windows and lots of natural light. 
The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all open to each-other, making it perfect for multiple families to be together. Just outside the living room is the large deck that we’re willing to bet you’ll be spending hours on. Surrounded by large pine trees and sweeping 180 degree views of the lake, the deck has a dining table that's perfect for outdoor dining, BBQ, lounge furniture and large yard games. This is the perfect spot for an outdoor dinner, nestled by the trees and the sounds of nature. This level also hosts a fully stocked gourmet kitchen featuring European style cabinetry, Granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Two bedrooms are on this level as well (Queen bed, King Bed, Queen Sofa bed)

 UPSTAIRS The master bedroom is on the top floor. Imagine lying in bed and looking out the windows at the view of the lake and treetops… this view is something you will never forget. There is a private deck (2nd deck) off this room that has a spectacular view of the lake and has a relaxing chair, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or reading a book. The master bathroom is on this level as well with large shower and tub and floor to ceiling windows as well. This bedroom is not closed off with its own door but the bathroom up there here is. There is also a secret "camping" bedroom next to the bathroom with 2 twin beds. Perfect for little ones who want to sleep on the same level as their parents. These beds are new and not included in the bed count on the listing. 

LOWER LEVEL 
On the lower level is the game room, 4th bedroom (bunkbed room) and bathroom. DOG FRIENDLY- If you're interested in bringing a friendly house-trained dogs send us a message. We have dog bowls and beds that could accommodate a small / Medium dog. There is a $150 one-time pet cleaning fee. Guest who bring an animal without approval will be charged a $350 fee.

 BEDROOM 4: (Lower Level) 1 Full bed, 2 twin beds (bunk bed) Lake views and bathroom attached Guest access Lake Haus Lodge is located in a very safe, desirable location close to The Lake Arrowhead Village. You will have access to the whole home and property. Please note...because its a 3-level home, stairs are part of the experience. Parking: We have 2-3 designated parking spots in our own driveway. No street parking. Being that our home is on a hill be aware that there are 31 steps to walk up to get to the entrance of the house. During the non-snowy months we have an access road at the top of the home where you can park 2 cars as well. This allows for direct main level access ( Its on a narrow dirt road, but SUV's do fit no problem) During the winter/snowy months access to the area may require chains. Please check road conditions prior to driving up during these times. The street that the house is on does get snow plowed by the city but some shoveling may be necessary to get your car out. Cameras are located at both entrances of the home only for safety and are clearly visible. We check these only when there are incidents and always respect our guests’ privacy. We do NOT have any devices inside the home. Lake Access: Our home is located within the exclusive area that offers Lake Arrowhead Access and we are excited to extend this to our guests. Information on how to obtain wristbands (max. 8 per day) will be provided once booked. Other things to note Neighbors:
 We have a wonderful relationship with our neighbors, who live there full-time. Please be respectful of noise-levels, especially when outside as they will alert us if noise is excessive and continues during quiet hours (after 10pm). Parties are not allowed at our home.
