The space ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ This home has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 15 guests comfortably. There are a total of 4 King beds, 3 Queen beds, a folddown couch and 2 additional large couches. Bedroom 1 - The main upstairs bedroom has a 12-inch memory foam King mattress with a standout scrabble mural and private balcony. Bedroom 2 - This Monopoly themed bedroom comes with two queen beds. It is perfect for kids and adults alike! Bedroom 3 - This connect 4 themed room comes with a king bed, connect-4 mural, and a real connect 4 game. Bedroom 4 - This bright Twister themed bedroom is found on the ground level and includes a huge King bed. Bedroom 5 - This downstairs Tetris themed room is perfect for those who like to sneak off and watch their own movies. It comes with a King bed and 55" TV. Bedroom 6 - This dominos themed bedroom comes with a queen bed and stays dark well into the morning for those who like to sleep in. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ You'll find three clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You'll find three walk-in showers. Two which have a shower/tub combo. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. There are 8 stools at the counter for extra seating. There is ample parking in the driveway and on the street for up to 6 vehicles. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. Other things to note This home is in a residential area on a quiet street and being respectful to the neighbors is our most important rule. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down promptly, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link that contains an e-manual. In this manual, you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver/ Arvada, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more! Please note that we have installed a ring camera cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There is one near the front door that monitors the driveway. There are no cameras inside the property. Our cameras are motion-activated and are stored in the cloud for a month. There is also a noise detection device installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached. Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden INSIDE and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step onto the back patio and enjoy.
