Take in views of the Lake or visit historical lighthouses, then head back to the cottage and relax around a fire. Close to town, shores of Lake Superior, snowmobile trails, and only 25 miles from Duluth. Enjoy fast Wi-fi, washer & dryer, free-parking, A/C, and a cozy gas fireplace. Guests love the front porch swing where you can sit and have coffee or just unwind and enjoy the quiet nature. The front door has a numeric keylock system where you’ll enter into the garage. This is where you’ll be able to do laundry (washer and dryer), and a rack to hang your clothes. There is also a BBQ grill stored in the garage. Parking is not available inside the garage. Kitchen You’ll have everything available to cook in your own fully equipped kitchen, including a full-size refrigerator, oven with four-burner stove, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker (Keurig Duo carafe and single-serving), and kitchen table. Bathroom Your bathroom is beautifully detailed! The mirror has adjustable lighting. Amenities include a hair dryer, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Living Room When you walk into the living room, you’ll love the log cabin-style! This area includes a comfortable sofa couch, extra cabin blankets, a Smart TV which sits on an electric fireplace. For your comfort, the split-system air-conditioner/heater remote is located on the TV console. Bedroom You’ll feel right at home in this cozy bedroom with queen bed, which has two nightstands with beautiful forest themed lamps, each with storage next to each bed. There is also a console table with storage cabinets at the foot of the bed. Outdoor We think the outside will be your favorite. Around the fire pit you’ll enjoy relaxing in four Adirondack chairs with cup holders to enjoy a beverage and watch the stars. Other things to note As our cottage is in the woods, it is also home to many beautiful animals including bear, deer, foxes, raccoons, and coyotes. The wildlife typically avoid humans, but they love garbage and are attracted by the smell of food. Always bring all food inside at the end of the night.
