There are six outdoor chairs around the fire pit. It's a gas fire pit connected to a propane tank, so you just need to turn it on, and it's ready for you to enjoy! ► OUTDOOR/BACKYARD MOVIE THEATER Enjoy some fun movie nights under the stars with your private outdoor theater cinema! Relax in the cozy seating by the fire pit area, toast some marshmallows, and make unforgettable memories with your loved ones. This setup is perfect for a magical evening. ► GAME ROOM You will love playing in the game room outfitted with a pool table, ping pong table and video arcade games. There is also an assortment of board games and a TV to watch your favorite shows/games. ► KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with all the cookware, cutlery, and appliances you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, tea kettle, Crockpot, Keurig Duo with carafe & single serve pod coffee maker. The dining table comfortably seats 8-10 people, and there are 3 additional stools at the kitchen island so everyone in your group can enjoy meals together. ► OUTDOOR GRILL There is a private Gas Grill. We provide the Gas. ► INTERNET/CABLE High Speed Wireless Internet Smart TVs in the living room/game room as well as in each bedrooms. ► LAUNDRY Full size washer and dryer. ► AMENITIES Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out. ► PETS We are a pet friendly cabin and you can bring up to 3 dogs as long as they are house broken/potty trained. We welcome all breeds of dogs and have no restrictions on weight. The pet fee is $150 for the whole stay for up to 3 dogs (the fee is not per dog). ► PRIVATE PARKING Flat parking for up to 5 vehicles in the driveway. ► ENTRY The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code. ► SMOKING No Smoking indoors. You can smoke on the decks though. Other things to note For security reasons, we have placed 1 outside camera located on the entry porch facing the entrance door and the driveway. Wyze camera in place and actively recording. Wyze camera are activated by motion and will record anyone that walks in front of them. These recordings are saved and can be reviewed and shared with the booking platform. If we believe that house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access these cameras in real time. Please remember that you are staying in our home away from home.
