If you are looking for privacy, romance, or just fresh water summer fun, then this is it. We are often visited by a bald eagle, swans and other birds, so it's a great place if you like birdwatching. We provide much of what you need for an optimal experience. You can bring your own boat to tie up on our 60' dock, the river is approx 16' depth in front of dock. 2 launches nearby for easy water entry. It's an all inclusive stay to save you money on rentals. We provide many amenities, including bicycles, kayaks, canoe, paddleboard, lifejackets (if you have one of your own you may want to bring it), fire pit with wood (we provide wood do not bring), a gas grill, picnic area, several outdoor seating areas with multiple overlook balconies, and more. We keep everything as clean and tidy as we can but this is an outdoor nature adventure living on the river. We try but can't always control all that nature has to bring such as dust, birds, insects, wild animals, wind and rain. Must be able to navigate the steps and multiple overlooks. We are in a rural and farming community in Orleans County along the Seaway Trail near the shores of Lake Ontario and Lake Alice.
