The living area has a very cozy sofa, 2 oversized comfy side chairs, end tables, lamps, a coffee table, TV w/ Spectrum cable, and WIFI. There’s a nice little coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker between the living & dining rooms. The sizable dining table seats 6-7 with 4 chairs and a bench on one side. The well-supplied kitchen has all-black appliances, a drip coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare your meals. There is a door that leads to a back deck. The deck has a table w/ 3 chairs and 2 tall chairs for sitting out and enjoying the sunrise and watching the island come alive to a new day. Back inside there is a half bath off the living area.
