Great sporting, shopping, eating and family activities nearby at Okemo, Killington, Woodstock, Hanover, Harpoon Brewery, King Arthur Flour and more. The space The condo is newly remodeled and has two bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has queen bed an attached bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with an adjustable Nautilus mattress. The entire condo has been remodeled with new floors, appliances, paint and furniture. Parking is free and very convenient. Wifi is high-speed. Friendly, quiet neighborhood. Great for doing things outdoors. Nearby towns of Woodstock, Ludlow, Hanover, and Windsor have festivals, adventure parks, skiing, sledding, shopping, breweries and restaurants. There is plenty of space for a pack & play or for children to sleep on the couch (not a pull-out). There are stairs and outdoor decks and it is recommended you bring safety gates for small children. No pets are allowed. No exceptions. No smoking is allowed. No large parties - neighbors live here too and bylaws request quiet hours at night. Small family gatherings are fine. Guest access Parking is available and convenient. Access to Ascutney Outdoors lodge and trails just outside the door. There are stairs outside and inside the condo. There are no accessibility ramps or elevators. There are also decks on the second floor. Other things to note The condo does not have elevators and there are multiple sets of stairs. Because of the stairs and decks, it is not recommended for small children unless they are closely supervised.
