This home is between Balboa and Magellan golf courses and just minutes from Ponce, Granada and Isabella golf courses.  Guest access The guests have full access to a private residence that is 1750 square feet on near Lake Balboa. Amenities in Hot Springs Village are pay per play (golf, etc.) and are not included in the rental rate. Other things to note This home is in a gated community which requires the host to provide guest access to our rental clients. Additional guests will also need to be added to the guest list. There are only two manned gates that guests have access.
