Perfect for families or small groups of up to 4 people, this cozy home will create cherished memories with loved ones! The space As you come in, on your left you will find the living room and a small sunroom and on your right will be a bedroom. Passing through the living room you will find yourself in a hallway with the second bedroom on your left, the bathroom directly ahead and the dining room and kitchen directly to your right. The porch area and backyard is accessible through the kitchen. Guest access Guest may gain access to the house anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The house is setup completely for guest use and everything in the house is accessible to guests with the exception of a locked laundry room utility closet. Other things to note Authorized Dogs (up to two) allowed. The twin bed is in the sunroom just off of the living room area. The sunroom has no door and has no closet. For authorized pets we charge $20/night up to $500 per pet. Please contact us for approval. We have a Mr. Coffee 6 cup traditional drip coffee maker. The thermostat has a lower limit of 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing. The cottage is on a shared lot with a larger house. Landscaping may take place during a stay. A smaller short-term rental cottage is adjacent to the lot of this property. There is a privacy fence separating both lots, however we ask that you abide by quiet hours from 10pm to 8am as a common courtesy to other guests and neighbors.
