And just recently, GLOW inside & outside, a home and garden boutique. I pride myself on client care and absolutely love curating experiences. Botanical Loft was the first, the City Treehouse is the second, and my newest is Vintage Soul, a series of October Moon Stays. I have dreamed up and used everything I would ever want and filled the space with those delights. A space with a soul. Everything has been curated to care for you. It is never the same, yet consistently you’ll find amazing treats. Guest access Guests of the City Treehouse Loft will have access to the third floor private balcony, adjacent to dining room. Other things to note It is important to note, this space is not meant for parties. It is a wonderful place for those that are registered as a guest/staying in the loft to enjoy each other. Outside of that, additional visitors need to be approved ahead of time. This is a firm rule, if not followed, can result in cancellation without refund. The space has been curated for adults. It is not outfitted and does not have child appropriate safety features for infants and/or children. Children under the age of 12 need prior approval. This is a firm rule. You need to 21 years or older to book. Confirmation with a picture of identification must be received before door codes are released. The city treehouse reservation includes the third floor balcony, adjacent from the dining room. It does not include the second floor deck (reserved for the botanical loft). Please only use the building front door entrance and staircase, not the side doors. Animals are allowed, with approval, at the time of booking. There is a $200 pet fee. Reminders: *This is a third story loft that requires you walking up stairs. *The city can present an orchestra of sounds that I can’t control. It’s part of being in a city. There is ear plugs and bedroom sound machines provided.
