The space Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside you will be welcomed in to the open concept living room, kitchen, and dining room. The cozy living room is furnished with a sofa bed, two arm chairs, and large SmartTV. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make a meal during your stay: cookware, dishes, silverware, and all major appliance! The dining space has a large farm table with two benches. *Please note, the fireplace in this room is decorative only.* In addition to the main living area, this home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry room. The master bedroom is located through the kitchen. This is a very spacious bedroom with king bed, seating area, and large ensuite bathroom. This private bathroom has a dual vanity, standup shower, and access to the laundry room. The last two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house, to the left of the main entrance. In the first bedroom you will find two twin over twin bunk beds. In the second bedroom you will find two full beds. The second full bathroom is located in the hall and is easily accessible to all guests. Outback you will find a cement patio, fenced backyard with large trees, and grill. Guest access The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. Other things to note We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
