Cherry Alley manor was built in 1891. This grand lady is in downtown historic Maysville. She had a remodel in spring 2022 and is ready to host guests. She has 3 floors. Her main living floors have carved oak doors, oak/majolica fireplaces ( inoperable) in every room, a 1920’s elevator (that is just for great selfies) and jaw dropping charm. She has 5 bedrooms (one is a bunk room), 3 bathrooms, a game room, 2 dining areas, large kitchen, 2 sitting rooms, 2 car garage and a petite library. The space he had a remodel in spring 2022 and is ready to host guests. She has 3 floors and is on a hill so the absent is mostly above ground and the main entrance is on the second floor. The basement has a large game room with an over sized sectional sofa and a 70” tv. It also has a full bathroom and a bunk room that sleeps 6. The washer and dryer are located in that bathroom. The main floor is where you enter from 4th street. It has a large foyer, a living room with 2 tvs, a dining room that seats 14, a petite library with a a few hundred books, full bath, a large kitchen that goes to a private outdoor raised patio, and a breakfast room with beautiful light that seats 10. The upper bedroom floor has 4 bedrooms (3 with king beds and one with 2 twin beds), a full bathroom and a sitting room with views of the rooflines of MAYSVILLE. There is a very old elevator that has been decorated and get for selfies. In order to use it you must have prior written approval and have signed a hold harmless waiver. The weight limit on the elevator is 175 lbs maximum. Out back there is a fenced yard and a detached 2 car garage.
