This rental has vast ceilings and natural light; gorgeous woodwork; clawfoot tub; excellent climate control; comfortable queen bed; large TV & high-speed internet. The pictures don’t do it justice ✨ The space This beautiful apartment lies in Ludington's historic Odd Fellows Lodge. It sits in the heart of downtown surrounded by many shops and restaurants - just a short walk to Lake Michigan's waterfront and beach. Guest access The entire private apartment is available to host you and your guests. You'll have an equipped efficiency kitchen, gorgeous and spacious bedroom, comfortable living room, and lovely office nook. Enjoy it’s lovely historic atmosphere throughout, comfortable queen bed, TV/entertainment system, wifi, clawfoot tub for soaking and showers, curated books, dvds, and a classic furnishings. It's best suited for couples and single travelers, but can certainly accommodate groups of more upon pre-approved request. Other things to note The apartment is on the second floor atop a pretty decent flight of stairs. It's really very special and very old; especially the wood floors and stained glass. Water, sand, and certain high heel shoes can cause major issues and permanent damage - Please help me take care of the building during your stay by respecting the space. It is not kid-proof, but I’m always accommodating to those well-parented little ones. For sleeping arrangements: • A queen mattress comes standard with the space as pictured • I will have extra bedding available for the couch for sleeping an extra guest • Finally I am happy, with advance notice and approval, to assist with other creative alternatives for sleeping additional guests.
