If you look at pictures of most of them you will see just how similar they are. What we tried to do with our apartment was create an experience for our guests that is unlike any other apartment they could rent. Also, we went far to fill the apartment with high tech smart devices in order to make their stay even easier. Guest access Our guests have complete use of our apartment as well as access to all of the building's common areas, including the roof deck pool and gym. Other things to note Our building is in the heart of DTLA, only minutes from Hollywood, Chinatown, Santa Monica and most other popular SoCal attractions. Also we are one of only 2 buildings in Downtown that are legally allowed to Airbnb.
