Guest access Home, patio, dock, beach parking for up to 3 cars . Dock available for up to one 23’ boat. Other things to note Must be 30 years of age to rent our home. No parties or large gatherings allowed. No more than 6 guest at any given time. NO SMOKING in the home, on the patio and or dock. No Animals. Please read all checkout instructions especially the outline for garbage pick up that will be left on the kitchen counter. No more than 3 vehicles.
