The house is at the end of a long driveway. Come all the way to the back and please do not use their driveway as a turn around. We have 2 boats for rent, at additional costs. It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout! We love dogs, but realize that not all of our guests do. We work hard to make sure there is no evidence after each four legged guest so we have the following rules: 1. No dogs on the furniture. 2. You must clean up all waste in the yard. If not, a fee of $50-$100 will be charged. 3. Dogs must not be left alone at the house unless crated. 4. The pet fee you paid covers your dog’s stay. Any additional cleaning required (hair, paw prints, dirt, etc) because of your dog will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. We do have cleaning supplies available at the house, so if there is a need to clean up after your dog, you’ll have the opportunity. Please DO NOT wash/dry comforters. Again, we just ask that pets are not on the beds (or any furniture). 5. 1 dog max. No cats allowed, sorry.
