In order to heat the spa, the additional cost must be paid. Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis. Garage: * Owner car is parked in garage. No garage parking available. Up to three cars can fit in the driveway Please return the opener on the kitchen counter upon departure or we will charge $150 to replace it. No trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines. There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site. BBQ: - There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use. - While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills. - Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store. - BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.
