It is a historical home(1908) located in the best and most convenient location in Springfield. It is very family oriented, very spacious, warm and most of all welcoming. The space To stay at my property, i expect honesty in every reservation. if you make reservation for two people, I expect two guests to sleep at the property and not over the amount that it was booked for. I will request additional charge of $50 more if there are more than two guests per day and $25 per pet if reservation was never made. I am steps away from this property so i will always know who enters the property . Each additional guest will be reported to Airbnb for additional charges!!! My home has a total of six bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living room, a formal dining room and of course a spacious kitchen . The kitchen has all your basic needs, such as coffee( k-cups), water and soda plus snacks . It also has a air fryer. I have one of the six bedrooms located on the first floor for guests that have a difficult time taking the stairs. The sixth bedroom is located in the attic that has a total of two beds( a twin size and a full size). I also have a full shower also located on the first floor as well. You also get your personal parking space in the driveway that fits up to three cars. Each room has its own television that is well equipped with free Wi-Fi, free Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, peacock and HBO max. My home is a great place to host your birthday celebration with your friends and family. It is also a great place to host up to 13 people . If you have pets, i have a large backyard to keep them busy which is fenced in to keep them safe . Very importantly, if you have more people sleeping at my property than what you have booked you will be charged $70 per person for every additional night . I will contact Airbnb immediately Guest access Guests will have access to bedrooms BOOKED as per Airbnb .An example is if the reservation is for two people, only two rooms should be used and not three or four. Airbnb will be notified if additional bedrooms were used for additional charges. If you want to smoke, please use the deck area or the porch. If by any chance, this small ask is being ignored, you will be reported to Airbnb. Damages to Property: Additional fees will be assessed per area (wall stain, flooring ) . Any notable imperfections will need to be reported within an hour after check in. The goal is not to add additional wall imperfections. If the damages to decor, furnishes and appliances etc are beyond repair ( assessed by owner) the full cost of item (s) will be assessed. All towels will be counted, meaning on the guest(s) arrival , they will be given the exact amount of towels they will be responsible for during the entire stay . At the end of the stay, an inventory will be completed on all the towels. If any towels are found to be missing, you will be charged according to these sizes. I will report immediately to Airbnb so i can be reimbursed. Hand towels: $5 each Medium towels/face towels: $10 each Bath towels: $15 each .
