We are thrilled to invite you to our picturesque home away from home. Located in beautiful Sullivan County, Davos on the Hill is the perfect location for rest, relaxation and hiking. Everything you need from home is here, whether you’re cooking a meal or ordering pizza for movie night. Our minimalist design invites your mind to rest. Our open spaces are perfect for family game nights and conversations around the fireplace. The space On the main level you will find the open living space that has a living room with a fire place and a 55" Roku TV. The dining space is adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen for those family dinners you want to cook. The large deck is also found on this level and is accessed from both the sitting room and the dining room. This level also has the primary bedroom with a private ensuite. The primary bedroom has plenty of closet and storage space. The second bedroom is located next to the primary bedroom and has plenty of closet space. The office is found on this level. There is a full bathroom on this level that can be accessed from the hallway. The lower level has a large bedroom with 2 queen size beds. Plenty of closet space is also available in this room. A full bathroom is just outside the bedroom. Next to the bathroom is the Laundry room. Laundry is available for the guests to use. On this level we have a lounge with plenty of entertainment. A large 70" TV with Roku, a foosball table and plenty of board games. You will also find a plug in speaker for any instruments you want to play. The sectional sofa in this entertainment space turns into a queen size bed. Our home fits 8 people in the bedrooms, and an additional 2 people can sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except the storage room and the shed. Guests have access to the yards, fire pit located on the property, and walking paths behind the property. Other things to note Our Roku TV's are set to Guest mode. Guests will put in the dates of their stay and use their own subscriptions. Roku will log out the services on the dates set. We do not provide personal shower products, such as Shampoo/Conditioner or body wash. Please bring your preferred hair and body products. We provide hand soap at all bathrooms and kitchen. The carport can fit two cars, and other cars can park in the horse shoe driveway.
