This spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is on the third floor of the complex so you do have to go up stairs. It is ideal for families, couples, friends, and singles to rent. It has everything that you may need during your stay. When you walk in, you already feel at home. Each bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a closet. One bedroom has a safe in the closet. Each bathroom has a nice big shower and towels are provided. The living room has a flat screen TV and a comfy couch. In the kitchen area there are top grade appliances, such as a fridge, oven, stove, coffee maker, blender, and a dishwasher. The kitchen also has basic cooking utensils and a dining table with 3 chairs for you to enjoy all your delicious meals. The open living and kitchen area are what make this unit feel so spacious.There is a washer and dryer inside the unit which is for your private use. If you need to iron your clothes, there is an ironing board and iron as well. This beautiful and modern apartment will meet all of your needs and more. You won’t be disappointed. Guest access There is a shared balcony off of the unit that is for your use. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching over San Pedro or your evening cocktail. This is the perfect place to people watch and see the beautiful sun. Other things to note We will meet you at your arrival, whether it be at one of the hopper flights or water taxi. If you rent a golf cart, they are there at your arrival as well to hand you the keys. You can follow us to the apartment and we are happy to give you a little tour of the island on the way. We try our absolute best to make our guests feel at home. Please note that there is a potential for noise in the area due to some construction. The construction working hours are from 9am and finishes around 5pm. Please do not let this stray you away from staying with us, as there is so much to explore on the island.
