The space The house is an open concept design utilizing natural elements such as stone and wood to showcase the beauty of the surrounding areas. With plenty of natural light and lots of big windows, the draw of the outside natural space is inevitable, and the sound of the 60' waterfall outside that you actually walk over via a stone slab can be heard when entering the house and the windows are open. One of the first things you notice when walking into the house is the small chapel like entrance with the separate cathedral ceiling and the 12' antique church pew gracing the wall. Immediately after your eyes will be challenged to either look towards the beauty of the 19' high stone fireplace, or the other side where the inviting kitchen that is pulling you in. The kitchen is a chefs dream with both gas and electric ovens as well as a state of the art gas stove. An oversized refrigerator offers plenty of room to host enough food for a large family, especially after cooking for that gathering in the dining room that will comfortably seat 12. All of the bathrooms are custom and highlight beautiful stone and tile and are adorned with unique and glass enclosed showers. Downstairs has another open playroom that caters to those who enjoy a sports bar feel with two 70" Samsung TV's and a custom made bar with bar stools to sit right up as if you were at Cheers. There is an air hockey table for those who get inspired by the competitive nature of the games being watched, and a huge and comfortable L Shaped couch to sink into. There are also board games to play, and cards for those who like to shuffle. Outside on both main floors are covered decks that collectively encompass almost 3,000 sq. ft. Upstairs has both a gas and charcoal grills, as well as enough seating for 12. The downstairs deck looks out at a beautiful boulder retaining wall that makes you feel as if you are visiting the Rockies.
