The space The house is located in Los Organos just 10 min from Mancora, in a very safe condominium, a sandy beach without stones very quiet to rest and enjoy, private pool and another of the condominium. -> The closest airport is Talara Airport (50 min drive), then Piura or Tumbes (2.5 hours) -> It has an area of 500 meters of land and 330 square meters of construction, it is very spacious and comfortable. -> 5 rooms and up to 14 people: 2 double rooms, 2 quadruple rooms and 1 service room. All rooms have their own bathroom. -> Double rooms and quadruples are equipped with air conditioning. -> The social area is on the second floor and the ocean view is spectacular: full equipped kitchen, TV room, living room, terrace, dining room and BBQ area. The TV room has a comfortable leather armchair and air conditioning. Amenities: air conditioning, wifi internet, smart tv, hot water, bath towels, bed linens, massage stretcher, grill, kayak, paddle, etc. Guest access -> Access to the condominium's pool for adults and children in addition to the private pool in the house. -> Very quiet and safe sandy beach, very uncrowded and with umbrellas. Other things to note The rental includes a person who will clean the house every day and another person who cooks them all kinds of food, the local dishes based on fish and seafood are really exquisite. Staff can also shop for ingredients so guests can enjoy their vacation to the fullest without having to worry about anything.
