Great for cooking at home; spices and cooking appliances including pots/pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, coffee machine, french press, grill-set, baking sheets, plates and cups, wine glasses and more. Sit around the large kitchen island or lounge on the comfy sectional couch with the 65" smart TV -Dining Room: Large dining room table (extra leaf available in laundry room if needed) seats 8-10; enjoy dinner with your group or pick a place off the destination map to eat/drink/explore Nelson County! Board games and informational material available on the credenza -Primary Bed and Bath: Queen bed with amazing mountain views, blackout curtains, dresser and closet, full length mirror. Accessible en-suite bathroom with grab bars for the shower and toilet. The bathroom also has a tub and double vanity -Guest Room: Queen bed, rocking chair, full length mirror, dresser, and black out curtains -Laundry Room: washer/dryer, extra table leaf, folding table, extra chairs, Kan-Jam, ironing board and iron, dog supplies, cleaning supplies, lanterns/flashlights -Half Bath located off the dining room UPSTAIRS -Double Bedroom: Two queen beds, full length mirror, smart TV, futon, closet, and access to balcony with seating area -"Llama Loft": We can't tell the difference between llamas or alpacas, both are cute, but only one is an alliteration. Come lounge on the daybed (with trundle for nighttime sleeping) and watch the smart TV or play darts in this bonus room. -Full bathroom: Shower, jet-tub, and double vanity sink OUTSIDE -Large deck with charcoal grill, two 6ft picnic tables, hammock, and lounge chairs -KanJam and yard bocce stored in the laundry room for outdoor use -Fire pit with chairs -- pick up some firewood from the local shop by the bundle! Guest access WiFi enabled main door lock, so no need for keys. Parking available onsite (gravel driveway and walkway). Other things to note NOISE: This is a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood and loud disturbances (loud outdoor music, yelling, cursing, and parties) are not appropriate at any hour. PETS: Maximum of 2 pets allowed with $130 fee. If you're bringing a pet (or 2) they must be included in the booking because this is how airbnb collects the pet fee. The penalty for each unapproved dog is $200/per pet. IMPORTANT: Dogs MUST be under your control when outdoors, either on a leash or on the gated deck. Dogs must NEVER be left unattended outside. This is a strict policy and enforced to protect your pets and our neighbors’ animals and children. A gate is provided to close off the deck along with a doggy towel (please wipe those paws!), blanket and bowls. Please try to keep your pets off our furniture -- especially the white sheets and beds! And please pick up after your pet. WILDLIFE: There is a lot of wildlife from cute, cuddly rabbits and deer to clever, pesky bears. For this reason we ask that you please do not leave trash outside & please be mindful of the wildlife. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance.
